Centrifuged Crude


New Customers need to Comply with the following:

  1. BNE’s Application Form – New Customers
  2. Environmental Clearance from the Department of the Environment for the storage of Petroleum Products – Environmental Impact Assessment (Amendment) Regulations, Revised Edition 2009.
  3. BNE Authorized Hauler with License to Transport Petroleum – Belize Petroleum Haulers Association Act, 2003
  4. License to store/use Petroleum Products – Dangerous Goods Act (CAP. 134 Revised Edition 2000)
  5. Have Containment Bond with the capacity to hold 110% of volume of largest tank – Storage of Petroleum Products – Service Station Guidelines, Department of Environment.
  6. Have an Emergency Spill Responds Plan and/or Spill Response Equipment available on site, as well as suitable fire extinguishers.
  7. Interested Parties may also need to obtain Permit(s) Trade License from the Local Authorities and/or National Fire Service.
